Request Update Form

Please read this important information regarding case updates

Our ability to provide access to and communicate through our Update Board is a service provided to maintain open communication throughout the recovery process. While we see the value in this, and want to keep you updated as to our progress on your case, this is a sensitive area that must be well maintained at an appropriate level of security. While we attempt to share information with our clients as regularly as possible, we are often severely limited on the information that we may post so as to protect all parties involved. This includes the protection of our field agents and operatives, and also to protect the collateral and the integrity and effectiveness of our investigation.

The updates that you will be viewing are not our only means of communication or the only documentation of action taking place for a specific account; these are simply a filtered version of activity for the sole purpose of attempting to inform our clients as to the progress of their cases and avoid unnecessary distractions for the investigators working those cases.

While we place our customer's satisfaction as a top priority, maintaining the integrity of our investigation and successfully recovering your property are our main objectives. The most common attribute in the majority of the cases we work is our ideology and determination to bring each case to a successful resolution. This is also the driving force in our ability to offer a No Recovery, No Fee payment plan. Simply put, if our efforts are not sufficient we will not be paid, therefore making a successful recovery in the vast majority of our cases is a necessity.

If you do not find you are satisfied with the level of information you are receiving in the online updates and / or you would like additional information (or have additional information to share regarding your case) you will find at the bottom of the Update Board an Update Request link. By clicking on this link, a request for an update will be forwarded to the investigator working your case as well as the Lead Investigator for review. In response to this request, you can expect an update will be made to the account within 24 hours. Please keep in mind if the investigator is dedicating an extensive amount of time fielding requests for updates, it could affect their ability to focus on the key objective, which is recovering your property.

While we value communication with our clients, please understand that legal and data privacy regulations prevent us from being able to provide an update via telephone at your request. Therefore, all update requests must be done through the Update Board in our Client Interface Module. Again the top priority is recovering your property and maintaining security for all parties involved.

Finally, remember this; National Recovery Network is committed to servicing your account with the level of professionalism and attention that sets us apart in this industry as a Best in Class service provider. It is this work ethic and determination to succeed that has allowed us to be leaders in our industry for the past 20 years and will continue to propel us far ahead of the competition. Our main objective is to recover your property and Recovery is our middle name.
